Fotoworkshopleider Michel Lucas
Michel Lucas is bioloog en gepassioneerd landschapsfotograaf. Hij won nationale en internationale prijzen met zijn foto’s, publiceert in diverse tijdschriften, geeft regelmatig lezingen en workshops en heeft inmiddels ook een fotoboek op zijn naam staan: HOGE VENEN, weidse en intieme landschappen.
Sinds 2009 legt hij zich in zijn fotografie volledig toe op natuurlijke landschappen. Daarbij staan compositie en sfeer centraal. Met minimale middelen maakt hij zijn aansprekende foto’s. Veel van die foto’s maakt hij dichtbij huis, in het natuurgebied Hatertse Vennen. Daarnaast fotografeert hij graag op meer afgelegen plekken en bij extreem weer. Zo werd hij bekend met zijn unieke portfolio’s herfst en winter van de Hoge Venen.
Michel draagt met enthousiasme zijn kennis over. Hij verzorgt daarom workshops en korte fotoreizen.
